A general dental office with family-like culture is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join us.
We are looking for someone who is driven, has excellent communication skills, detail-oriented with fantastic customer service skills and has compassion to care for people.
If you are friendly, positive with high energy, we would love to meet you! We will also offer cross-training opportunities where you will learn all facets of dentistry including hands-on patient care.
This position entails:
Greet patients.
Manage patient scheduling efficiently.
Provide excellent phone service.
Check out patients and handle payments.
Insurance processing.
Discuss dental treatments.
Help to make sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Other details:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the dental field.
The position will lead to office manager opportunities in the future.
