Position Description
We are seeking a proven digital marketing and content manager that will be accountable for all digital and content initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and a positive customer experience. Candidates should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing and content manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Position Responsibilities
  • Propose, develop, and implement a seamless, cross-channel digital marketing strategy
  • Develop and deliver engaging digital content for social media, email, website, blogs, etc.
  • Collaborate across all business units to deliver an effective content and editorial calendar
  • Create, manage, and implement intelligently personalized emails and targeted campaigns through various platforms
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users on social platforms and websites
  • Manage website content and implement effective SEO/SEMstrategy
  • Analyze web traffic and conversions utilizing Google Analytics
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage online reputation and develop strategies to maintain a positive online brand image.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Position requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, Public Relations or related field.
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing and/or content marketing specialist.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for digital communications, including keyword research and writing using targeted keywords
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns
  • Proficiency in WordPress/CMS
  • Keen sense of urgency and dedication to executional excellence
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
