Job Description

We are currently seeking an outstanding architectural candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, has a strong work ethic, and embraces the task of communicating design through the documentation and construction process.


  • Perform site measures and develop as-built drawings.

  • Analyze projects for compliance with local zoning ordinances and building codes.

  • Apply knowledge and understanding of building materials and construction methods to develop projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and permitting.

  • Work independently on multiple projects; prioritizing, organizing and clearly communicating progress with design and construction teammates.


  • Graduate of an accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school and ability / desire to pursue licensure.

  • 3-5 years' experience in production of construction documents and technical details for single family residential projects.

  • Command of the Building Code and ability to interpret and apply it to residential remodeling projects.

  • Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow through.

  • Self-motivated individual comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

  • Organized and detail oriented with strong verbal and graphic skills.

  • Experience with Chief Architect design software a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
