We want you to be curious and ask what if? We are seeking a highly creative and intellectually curious (CASB) Support Engineer to be instrumental in accelerating Capital One's transformation to DevOps and the public cloud as well as adoption of security automation.
As part of an internal engineering security team, you will specialize in helping the CASB Application team to drive efficiency, security, and reliability into their entire development to operations lifecycle.
You will strategize, consult, and prototype alongside other engineers to implement best practices and solutions for applications utilizing CI/CD and the Cloud.
You will drive CASB functionality to emerging SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
Track Network flow and obtain packet captures to solve network routing issues Ensure operational uptime and resiliency of the CASB platform Ability to plan and lead an engagement with an application team to adopt our CASB platform for Risk Controls Engineer, consult and upskill other engineers on DevOps and CASB solutions Generating innovative ideas, developing proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes alongside other engineers Ability to clearly articulate and explain complex concepts and technologies to a non-technical audience Ability to function in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt to frequent transitions in technologies and teams Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and verbal communication skills due to the dynamic nature of collaborations with customers, vendors, and other engineering teams, as well as solving complex system problems together Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise Application Support At least 2 years of experience in network setup and troubleshooting At least 1 year of experience working with enterprise proxy solutions At least 1 year of experience reading packet captures from the network Preferred

years of experience as a lead on IT Projects 1

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
